For returns and exchanges, due to the nature of the product, we regret that we are unable to cancel custom orders. We will process the order immediately. For damaged custom items, we offer a replacement or return service

In order to get the best quality photos, we recommend that your photos be at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. If you have questions about photo quality, please contact our team and we’ll let you know!

For photos under 400 x 400 pixels, we will contact you and ask for a new photo. If we do not receive a response from you, your order will be processed automatically and we will place the order using the photo you provided. We are not responsible if your photo is blurred.

Low resolution or too much zooming of the photo may result in poorer quality photos inside custom gems
